Problem
Financial advisors were having to gather and manage new clients manually, resulting in many hours of inefficiency and low client churn. The hypothesis was creating a digital system to manage leads, onboard and manage clients would result in increased advisor efficiency and clients.

Outcome
Advisors were able to utilize technology to track and manage leads, gather customer data and manage customer portfolios resulting in an increase of signed clients per week, and added daily efficiency, resulting in an increase of revenue.
